About Us
Dr. Shanell Leggins
Dr. Shanell Leggins a cofounder of Global Uni Consult brings over 25 years of experience in education and 19+ years as a counselor, with experience in public, private, domestic, and international settings. She holds an EdD in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Educational Psychology, an MA in Counseling and Pupil Personnel Services Credential, a BA in Sociology with a minor in Psychology, and a College Counseling Certificate.
James Russell
James Russell, a co-founder of Global Uni Consult, has an extensive background in education that spans over two decades and multiple continents.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, James has worked as an IB Diploma Programme (IB) instructor, high school counselor, and university counselor in both domestic and international settings.
